Policy
Please note that we do not accept international order
returns, exchanges, or refunds per customs regulations.
We greatly appreciate your order. The below information is
posted on our website for your convenience.
· Please
take the time to inspect each order immediately upon receipt.
· Compare
enclosed invoice/s with items received. Orders are double
checked before shipping to ensure accuracy for you the
customer, and our inventory.
· Colors
may vary in full sized containers. Samples of any kind are the
exact product in full sized items.
· Colour
ID Minerals By RAESIN IMAGES are normally packaged in clear
jars, with tamper resistant inner/outer seals. If there is a
discrepancy in an item you ordered, email customer service
through our website before opening any item/s in question
products are non returnable once opened.
· We
are more than happy to work with you to evaluate if you’ve
received an incorrect item/s and to correct the situation.
· If
there is an unusual situation and RAESIN IMAGES shipped an
incorrect item. (i.e. you ordered Colour ID System Minerals
Foundation N-2, but received Colour ID Setting Powder N-2) We
require the incorrect item returned to our supplied mailing
address within 10 days of receipt unopened/unsealed. (our
expense ground shipping United States Post Office only will be
returned upon shipping refund) In turn we will issue your
correct item via USPS as soon as possible.
· Refunds
or exchanges are not accepted at any time on any opened, used,
unsealed products, full sized skin care, sale items, gift with
purchase orders in their entirety, cream mineral makeup, liquid
mineral makeup, custom products, samples of any products,
pressed powders of any kind, lipsticks, slick chicks, lip gloss,
eye pencils, lip pencils, cream eye shadows, nor gel eye liners for
consumer health and safety reasons. Various product samples are available to
try before purchasing full sized products as posted on our
website to help you with your selections.
· 20%
Restocking fee on all returned accepted qualified merchandise.
If you require a refund or exchange on any qualified product
(see above) please contact our customer service department prior

Minerals Return Exchange Requirements
· We
do not accept randomly shipped returns. Please email our
customer service department for your authorization number when a
refund/return is necessary.
· Post
the authorization number we have issued you above your return
address on parcel itself.
· We
require authorized returns/exchanges to be shipped back within
10 days of original order, with copy of original invoice please.
· Return/exchanges
must be shipped back to RAESIN IMAGES Distribution center via
United States Postal Service only.
· Delivery
confirmation/tracking number required on any/all
returns/exchanges. This ensures returned merchandise arrives to
RAESIN IMAGES – Colour ID Minerals Distribution center.
· We
also suggest you insure your returns/exchanges, but it is not a
requirement. Though please note if we do not receive your
return with the delivery confirmation tracking number on parcel
it may be refused for safety security
