Mineral Makeup Ingredients Reviews
Posted Under: Mineral Makeup Reviews
The mineral makeup ingredients page has been updated with our new mineral formulation information. The INCI’s will not change on the labeling as they are the same, but we had some consumers not able to understand why ingredients look the same.
Having one of my degrees in cosmetic chemistry I hopefully can help everyone, including those other mineral makeup company owners that have asked me why the mineral makeup ingredients seem the same.
As with any formula of any product, whether it’s mineral makeup, skin care, car paint, store brand cereal, or salad dressing, each and every ingredient will have a different percentage. Even a 100th of a gram can change a product entirely in small batches, thus changing texture, finish, viscosity, etc.
With any cosmetic or makeup formula that is FDA guidelines approved and remember it’s not manditory to have products tested in individual labs, but we feel it’s what consumers deserve and the extra $$ is well worth making sure all of you have the best and safest products even if my website work is a little funky
Maybe I can get Russ to get out of the Army and fix that? I doubt it.
You’ll see all of our INCI’s as the appropriate % large to small and the 1% rule applying where there may be the hint of another ingredient.
With the above explained, if you have any questions please feel free to ask and let us know. We are closed for vacation but as you can see since Russ and the solders under his command have still not arrived I wanted to post some information that customers like yourself have asked on occasion.
I hope this mineral makeup review of ingredients has been useful.
