Mineral Makeup and Makeup Research finds news in a wide variety of makeup and cosmetics companies offering incentive beauty products to buy and a part is donated. (get real, they should donating all the proceeds of that items, not just part, but ok, so they are at least trying?)

A few makeup companies have listings on Sephora, but you’ll be better off to purchase directly from those companies offering donation products, instead of going through the third party Sephora.  Try Estee Lauder, they always have a great Breast Cancer Awareness, as does Avon.
