Samples are available to try before purchasing for customer convenience. Samples are not refundable, this included cream, liquid and skin care samples. Refunds or exchanges are not accepted on makeup brushes, cosmetic containers, sifter jars, vanity jars. Please take the time to inspect each order immediately upon receipt. Compare enclosed invoice/s with what you have ordered and received. Our orders are carefully double and/or triple checked before shipping to ensure accuracy for you the customer, and our inventory Colors may vary due to container size and color. Please before unsealing any item that you have not purchased a sample first prior to ordering in full size, view the container to see if each color is what you expected. Colors in containers, especially foundations may appear different then actual color/s. RAESIN IMAGES Mineral cosmetic (makeup) products are normally packaged in clear jars, with tamper resistant inner seals, and description labels on each item. If there is a discrepancy in an item you ordered, email customer service through our website before opening any item/s in question. We are more than happy to work with you to evaluate if you’ve received an incorrect item/s and to correct the situation. If there is an unusual situation and RAESIN IMAGES shipped an incorrect item. (i.e. you ordered Colour ID System Foundation N-2, but received Colour ID Setting Powder N-2) We require the incorrect item returned to our supplied mailing address within 10 days of receipt unopened/unsealed to us. (our expense) In turn we will issue your correct item via ground shipping as soon as possible.
