Processing, Shipping, And Closure Dates And Times

Holiday Processing - No Less than 4-7 working  US business days, prior to shipment of order.  However, processing times are longer for any samples, creams, liquids, skin care, or other made-to-order products.

Once your order has been through processing/filling it will be shipped US residents Priority USPS Mail, (note, this is Not UPS, it's the United States Post Office)

 International orders are shipped first class ground with no timeline guarantee for arrival, those interest can contact us prior to ordering to pay express postage fees for 3-10 day service.

Orders are not shipped during our closure dates, snow days, or federal/state/local holidays within the state of TN and the USA.

Orders must be received to us no later than December 13th, 2010 to arrived in time for Christmas.

Holiday Closures

November 11 - 14, 2011 for our employees Military Spouses Veterans Holiday

November 22th - November 28, 2011 - For our employees Thanksgiving Holiday

December 20th 2011 - January 9 , 2012 (our spouses are home from Afghanistan during this time and we are closing the facility.  Orders placed during this closure will start processing January 10, 2011 according to our normal schedule. (see order and shipping policies pages.

The Holiday closures include email, shipping, processing, though our shopping cart will remain open for our great holiday sale.
