Dear Kat, I just wanted to say what great impression the incredible customer service on the phone and via email has left on me. It was quite an attractor. While waiting for samples I read your website extensively and was extremely impressed with the level knowledge and clear explanations. I read your instructions for applying mineral makeup and it was first time I have ever read instructions that were logical and straight forward - Kudos to you. (I could never figure out why I was buffing anyway.) Then I received some samples and I found a perfect color match for foundation!! It was so easy and such a relief. I have spent over $200 on mineral makeup samples and never been happy with it... up until now. I am absolutely delighted with the quality and variety of product and the level of service. Colour ID Mineral Makeup Ladies,Thank you so much for such wonderful products and service. I ordered on a Sunday and had my products by Monday. That was fast. I love the Resurface X-Treme Primer, and Linen 3 Extraordinary mineral foundation. They are by far the best mineral makeup products I have ever used and I've used them all Everyday to Bare mineral brands both of which made my skin breakout and was like adding shine and glitter to my face. I am in love with the Raesin Mineral Makeup Brand Products! They are so wonderful and my skin is clear and full of life again. We 40 somethings need something besides boring mommy makeup! Hi! First of all I must tell you that I'm totally in LOVE with your makeup! It is so perfect for my skin :) I recommend to everyone with combination or oily skin your finishing powder/ mineral veil. I have moderately oily skin and use the Resurface X-treme primer, and or Matte Magic mineral makeup you make and all of them keep the oilys away, and help to minimize the pores... Your stuff is the best mineral makeup out there, and thanks to the customer service girls for all their great time and help with product selection and the free mineral makeup samples. | Ladies, WOW I just had to write and tell you, that RAESIN IMAGES minerals are by far the best makeup out there. With the thousands of mineral makeup brands to test and try I tried alot, just to get a foundation, no kidding, and either the mineral foundation colors were wrong, and the same shinny crap making my face look like a grease slick or they made me itch and turn red. My nurse friend, Donna suggested I try mineral makeup without the bismuth or mica as they are both shinny ingredients. I saw that RAESIN IMAGES powder foundation ingredients didn't have either of those shinny ingredients and was GREAT, it lasted ALL DAY, didn't rub off on my phone at work. I really applaud your minerals they are far above the others out there and I should know after spending $$$ way back when. I've been using RAESIN IMAGES minerals and skin care now for almost 6 months and would never use any other brand. My skin looks alive and vibrant, no breakouts, and even the redness I thought was rosacea is now gone. I'm 52 and my skin looks like it's in it's 30's again, I even lost 15lbs because I have felt good about my face again. Absolutely LOVE RAESIN IMAGES products - and you were so very generous with samples and "upsizing." I ordered the exfoliator and mask and they are different from anything I've ever used. I'm 50 and I've tried a lot of things, believe me, but these are the most gentle and finely put together. I will be back to shop for more.. I'm ordering the liquid foundation and some other A4 samples, so I can decide which preparations work best for me. | Wonderful product! So much nicer than that Bare Essentuals (or whatever it is called). The matte does NOT show large pores (hereditary). I love it!!! Hi, I wanted to write and thank you from the bottom of my heart for creating the shade Linen L1 and the cream foundation and concealer. It has taken me a long, long time to find it. I am Italian on my father's side, and a blend of Russian, Romanian, Hungarian, and German on my mother's side. I started wearing makeup at 16, and my first was a department store brand. Everyone called me "pink toned" so I always assumed I had pink undertones. For the past 11 years, I couldn't understand why pink-toned makeup showed up so strangely on my face and didn't quite match my neck and chest. I got into organic skin care and cosmetics when I was 22, but couldn't even find my best shade in mineral makeup. A few months ago, someone suggested I actually had yellow undertones, But anything I tried with yellow tones made me look like I had a horrible fake tan. Finally, my mother told me that I had Mediterranean skin, just like my father. In summer, I tanned very easily and very golden. But in winter, my skin was very fair pale olive. I then realized that I actually was olive-toned! I had just discovered Raesin Images shortly before and had been daunted by the huge range of color choices But then I remembered reading on your site that Linen was made for women with Mediterranean skin tones such as olive. The lightest shade, L1, looked perfect. I ordered the cream foundation and cream concealer, since I prefer liquid or cream mineral makeup. And wow, it really is perfect. L1 matches my skin beautifully! It covers every blemish, scar, red blotch, and undereye circle. It makes me glow. And the ingredients are so moisturizing, healing, and skin beneficial. I tired the bare mineral brand of makeup and then a few other mineral brands online and in stores and found them all identical, same small color selection same shiny foundation with small pieces of sparkles. Yuk. I don't want sparkles on my face I'm 30. I want real looking skin. A friend suggested I try Raesin Images Minerals but I wasn't able to find the website as I spelled it Raising Images Cosmetics instead, after a few smart searches I found your great site full of products and information. WOW! I now get why all the other mineral makeup brand products I'd wasted money on never worked for me. But hey good by to shine :) Kat your employees saved me from another disappointing mineral makeup purchase. You sent free product samples because of the letdown and $$ spent I'd gone through from other mineral makeup company products. | AMAZING! that's the words I have to describe your new mineral resurfacing extreme. I'm a real skeptic when it comes to mineral makeup. I'd tried all the brands out there, most had shiny foundations made ingredients that made my skin break out, or the colors and products seemed like they were all same blends, but your foundations were matte and stayed true for color not changing orange or red and truly lasted all day, and when I used the resurfacing extreme powder first my lines and pores were just gone! What a wonderful mineral powder! You have me sold, my search has stopped for the holy grail of mineral makeup companies and thanks for the great emails, your customer service staff is wonderful, not many companies as knowledgeable as they are. Kat, This is absolutely by far the best make-up I have ever used. It covers extremely well without feeling like you're wearing make-up and stays all day. I have oily skin so I was concerned about trying another make-up since my face usually is oily by the end of the day. With your make-up I don't even have to "freshen up" to go out for the evening!
