for lost or damaged packages. We use the usps.com
(United States Postal Service, not UPS) tracking method
that guarantees us per online information available to the
purchaser and shipper that package has been received per
address indicated on payment checkout.
In case of a dispute we provide your credit card company
with the exact information they request, this is to cut
down on fraud by the consumer, also known as internet shoplifting.
We file all internet orders that are suspect of shoplifting,
which is considered a federal offense, as it's mail tampering,
with the United States Post Master Fraud Division and our
local FBI, Federal Bureau of Investigation Office in Nashville,

Monday - Thursday 9am to 4pm Central Standard Time. This
Excludes, Local, State, School, and Banking Holidays as
well as United States federal holidays and Postal Holidays.
We are closed each Winter from December 22 - January 5.
We do close during weather, school
closures so our employees and their families can remain
safe. We are located in Montgomery and Stewart Counties
in TN. Please click on our weather and school closures.

Local, State, School, and Banking Holidays as well as United
States federal holidays and Postal Holidays.
All orders placed before 9am EST will start processing
procedures on the same business day (see above).
